🚨Paused Assignments
As I dreamt last night, the Lord began to speak to me about assignments.
He showed me a vision of a book that looked like this and began to speak to me about something in my life that wasn't over but paused. He said if I were to pick the book up prematurely, it would be out of His will.
It's funny He spoke to me in something I understood; books. You can pick a book up and read it completely, read it some of the way or never read it at all.
He showed me that this is like the assignments in our life. Some assignments we completely finish. Some, we get part of the way through and finish later. Some, we pick up but never even start.
There are assignments in our life that are simply paused. For me, this is a specific person. My season with this person is paused but the Lord has confirmed over and over I will be back in this person's life at some point in the future to help them again.
I feel the Lord saying that we need to discern the shifts in our assignments. The way to do this is to stay in close communication with Him. It can become dangerous and even witchcraft if we stay in an assignment too long, even if it is an assignment that is meant to be paused.
Pay attention to who you're assigned to and what you're assigned to in this season. Your time is the Lord's time. Give your body as a living sacrifice and allow Him to lead your path to where you need to be 💕
